Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, we will be requesting a minimum of 24 hours for appointment changes and cancellations.  Late cancellations and failure to show for an appointment may result in a missed appointment charge on your next visit.  Repeated cancellations and/or no shows may require a pre-payment before the next appointment can be scheduled. 

For spa and bridal parties, a credit card will be needed to reserve the appointments.  We require a minimum of one week for spa and bridal cancellations.  Late cancellations or failure to show for scheduled appointments will result in a 20% fee for the service providers who have reserved and prepared their time for you.  Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
