Fitness
Five Willows takes pride in the selection of workout equipment and exercise machines we've assembled.  Our cardio room features the most up-to-date gear and "heart-healthy" programs.

 

We offer a unique range of exercise and fitness classes that include Yoga, Hot Box Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Cross-Training Fitness (strength/cardio).  The techniques taught in these classes have been proven to not only shape and tone your body, but are also beneficial in balancing mind, body, and soul.

 

All of our fitness classes are part of our membership program and will be under the direction of caring, experienced instructors.  To meet your individual weight and fitness goals, our personal trainers will help you design your own customized workout program.  The main purpose of Five Willows is to support women and the busy lives they lead.  Our mission is your health and well being!
