Pilates is a fitness option that provides benefits for all types of individuals, whether you are new to a fitness regimen or in top physical condition.  Pilates classes at Five Willows are not scheduled by levels.  Each exercise in Pilates can be tailored to the individuals participating in class.  Please inform your instructor if you are new to Pilates or have any medical/physical issues that could affect your abilities to perform Pilates safely and effectively!
